Marriage Free State / N.O.C – Procedure

Step 1 – Parish Registration 

Every member of St. Mary’s Church must obtain a Parish ID / Registration Number.

Please register your name online at:

www.saintmarysdubai.org/online-profile

Step 2 – Malayalam Community Registration 

All those who have registered in the parish must also register in the Malayalam Community (MCC) using their Parish ID Number.

Please complete the Malayalam Community registration at:

www.mccdubai.org

Step 3 – Baptism Certificate 

A recent Baptism Certificate from your native parish in Kerala (issued within the last 6 months) is required.

This document is mandatory for issuing the Free State / N.O.C for Marriage.

Step 4 – Contact the Parish Office 

After completing Steps 1, 2, and 3, you may contact the Parish Office by landline:

Please speak with the Parish Secretary during office hours to obtain the Free State / Marriage N.O.C.

Parish Office Timings  (Tuesday: Office closed)

Wednesday to Monday: 

8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Baptism in Syro-Malabar Rite in SEPTEMBER - 2026

 DATE: 30 SEPTEMBER (Wednesday) 2026 

TIME: 8 PM EVENING 

VENUE: SMALL CHAPEL  

The documents required are given below:

1. Baptism seminar participation certificate (Both parents and Godparents must attend the baptism seminar)

For the Baptism seminar, please get in touch with parish office Room no 9.

2. Copy of the Civil Birth certificate of the child   

3 Copy of the child's passport

4. A copy of the church marriage certificate of the parents 

5. Copy of the church marriage certificate of the Godparents 

6. Baptism Form to be filled in (form will be given from Parish Office)
